Refund & Exchange Policy:
At Arooshy, each piece is handcrafted with care and tailored to your specifications. Because of this bespoke nature, we maintain a strict but fair refund and exchange policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
All outfits are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Size selection errors
- Personal preference after delivery
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins immediately upon confirmation.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the rare case you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error.
- Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same item.
Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for any resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) before approval for refund or exchange.
